Any estimates provided over the phone, via our website, or during an initial consultation are preliminary. Estimates are not final quotes and are subject to change upon a full in-person diagnostic evaluation by our technicians. A final, binding quote will be provided before any major work begins.

3. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
